Please read through these terms and conditions. By reading these terms and conditions you agree to all of the following statements listed below.

Blush Yoga Skin - Yoga Classes/Memberships

1. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of class. There is no admission after the start time advertised.

2. Blush teachers have the right to refuse admission.

3. Blush Yoga Skin morning classes will be canceled the night before due to low attendance (one/none participant)

4. Blush Yoga Skins day time/evening classes may be canceled three hour before due to low attendance (one/none participants)

5. Please take off shoes and coats and leave in the area provided by the studio. Studio door is lock when class begins, Blush Yoga Skin is not responsible for the safe-keeping of your belongings.

6. Before class starts, students must inform the instructor of any physical/medical conditions, including pregnancy, or personal concerns.

7. All members of Blush Yoga Skin receive a maximum of 5% discount on in shop purchases/some treatments* discount cannot be used with coupon cards or additional discounts. 

Please confirm the following as regards: in-person, online and recorded classes:

• I am in good health. 
• I have no medical condition or injury that would prevent me from participating in following activities that I have booked for. 
• I will inform a Blush Yoga Skin teacher of any concerns before class begins. 
• I understand that it is my responsibility to inform a Blush Yoga Skin teacher of any current medical conditions, injuries, surgeries before class. 
• I understand that classes at Blush Yoga Skin may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of overwhelming emotions leaving the body, personal injury, or property loss.

Bookings and payment: (regarding yoga classes)

Please pre-book your class online. Classes can be purchased individually or as a class clip card or membership. All classes, passes and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Bookings are made online. No cash will be taken at Blush Yoga Skin. 

By booking a class, you automatically agree to Blush Yoga Skin's terms and conditions. Blush Yoga Skins prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.

Cancellations:

All class cancellations must be made by students at least 3 hours before class starts. If you do not cancel before this time, then there is no refund for single class. Workshops & courses are none refundable after payment has been received by Blush Yoga Skin. As a small studio, this policy is necessary in order for us to operate. Thank you for your understanding. If in the case that Blush Yoga Skin has to cancel a class, course, workshop or event, a full refund will be offered/the class will not be taken off your pass. Be aware that the Blush Yoga Skins timetable will change regularly. Refunds will not be offered on class passes because of this. Please understand that classes are subject to change without notice.

Blush Yoga skin is initialed to make changes to all service as seen to benefit the studio and it's teachers. Due to previous events Blush Yoga Skin may have to change servicesit provides to abide by Government laws and regulatory requirements. If Government advice is to close the yoga studio due to the risk of Covid-19, classes will continue online or membership may be frozen. Blush Yoga Skin has rights to change the terms & conditions at any time. Significant changes 

Retreats:

By paying for the Blush Yoga Retreat you agree to the terms conditions listed below.

1. For the Blush Yoga Skin retreat classes,  same terms and conditions as listed above (except from point 4).

2. Your Yoga Retreat place is secured and reserved by paying a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your holiday. This deposit is non-transferable.

3. The balance 50% payment needs to be payed by the date listet on the retreatsite unless something else is discussed. If we do not receive your balance payment, you risk loosing you place.

4. Last-minute bookings must be paid for "in full" at the time of booking.

5. We only accept payment by invoice or through external bookingsite,as of now (this may change). 

6. If for any reason beyond our control there is a venue issue, we will hold the venue rosponsible for that.

7. If you have any health issues, please consult your doctor to make sure you are in a fit state to join us for your activity holiday.

8.  We may offer a discount to some students, or last-minute discount places - this does not affect the status of any guests who have previously paid the full price, and no discount will then become due to them.

9. Blush Yoga Retreat accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness whilst you are on holiday with us, or for any travel costs to or from the retreat site.

10. We strongly recommend that you have your own travel insurance to cover any loss or injury, including repatriation if necessary.

11. Passports, visas and health/medical requirements: you are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas, as well as any necessary or required inoculations or other health requirements.

12. Blush Yoga Retreat guests must be respectful and must not engage in offensive, illegal or immoral acts. Should this be a situation or should a guest become a nuisance to staff at Blush Yoga Retreat venue, then we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave our premises or suspend their activities if it is appropriate to do so, without any compensation.

14. We accept no responsibility for travel tickets such as airfares. This is solely the guest's responsibility to organise and inform us only of an accurate arrival time.

15. We are exempt from fulfilling our contractual obligations for causes that could not be anticipated and/or are beyond our control, including act of man, act of government, act of War and other impersonal events or occurrences. In these instances, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and you should refer to your travel insurance policy for reimbursement. 

16. Any guest bookings for yoga holidays that could not be fulfilled due to the coronavirus pandemic (in addition to deposits already paid by guests towards bookings) are non-refundable under our terms. 

17. We will not knowingly give your personal information to anybody else (except where required to do so by authorities). We will retain your information and from time to time we may contact you with our promotional and resort related information.

18. For housing we will be under the terms and conditions for the venue hosting our retreat.

Cancellation Policies:

12 weeks plus before the start of your retreat: 100% refund, minus the deposit.

Less than 12 weeks before the start of our retreat: 50% refund, minus the deposit.

Up to 4 weeks before the start of your holiday: 0% refund will be given.

Cancellation will take effect from the day that the written request is received by us.

Cansellation policies workshops & events

Payments for workshops & events at Blush Studio is non-refundable less than 72 hours prior to the start of the event. Cansellations made prior to this will be refunded with 50% of the total cost of the event,unless something else is listed for that event.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Gift cards are only valid at Blush Yoga Skin and for one year after the purchase date.  Options for use: classes, workshops, skin treatment or Blush's Yoga Skins in store shop.
