Returns and exchanges

You can return all products purchased if you notify us within 14 days after you received your order. Send us an email at Yogaskinblush@gmail.com to notify us and remember to include the order ID and which products you would like to return.

You then have to return the products within 14 days after notifying us.

Products have to be in perfect condition when you return it, meaning:

• The packaging must remain intact and show no signs of damage or tampering.
• If the packaging was sealed, it must not have been broken.

Please put the sales receipt in the return as well, so we know who sent us the return (Returns without order ID inside the package won’t be handled).

Norway – Shipping on returns

Ship the order as you prefer to our studio in Oslo, Norway.

When returning an order to us we recommend that you track the shipment as you are responsible for the order until we receive it. You will need to cover the cost for shipping yourself.
