Yoga at Fyri Resort

Blush Yoga Skin invites you to a magical weekend at Fyri Resort in Hemsedal, Norway. A yoga retreat where we combine energizing yoga and breathwork sessions with deep relaxation. Throughout the day, we will explore various yoga flows that strengthen the body and open the heart, with breaks to enjoy delicious food and free time in the beautiful surroundings of Fyri Hotel. Let this weekend be an opportunity to find peace, strength, and inner balance, concluding with a delightful three-course dinner.

SATURDAY – DEEPENING & FLOW

08:00–09:15 | Vinyasa Flow – Awaken & Energize

09:15–10:15 | Breakfast

10:30–12:30 | Yin Yoga + Restorative Breathwork
•⁠ ⁠Deep yin for hips and heart
•⁠ ⁠30 min calming breathwork
•⁠ ⁠Optional reflection or journaling

12:30–13:30 | Lunch

13:30–15:30 | Vinyasa Flow + Activating Breathwork

Kristine Lind-Solstad

HOST AND MAIN TEACHER

Yoga teacher 600 + H RYT including pregnancy and mommy baby yoga. Certified dermatologic aestetcic nurse. Owner of a the Yoga Studio Blush Yoga Skin.

At Blush Yoga/ Skin Kristine gets to shine in both of her passion jobs and give everything she want to give to her guests. Yoga: Kristine started working as a yoga teacher after her first YTT in 2015 and has been dedicated to sharing the practice ever since. 

She fell in love with vinyasa yoga early in her journey and this is what her students keep coming back for. She is trained in YIN, Mommy & Baby and Pregnancy Yoga besides 500 hours in Vinyasa Yoga.
